Felicity Jones is an British actress best known for playing the role of Jane Hawking in the critically well-reviewed movie The Theory of Everything. Jones has worked in films, plays and TV from the age of 12. She started her career with the TV film The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, she played Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch followed by the sequel Weirdsister college. The character she played was Young Ruth as her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool. Later, she appeared in a variety of films. In films such as The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she was a hit for her performance. Her performance as the wife in The Theory of Everything was which earned her her first Oscar nomination. The biopic was based on the scientist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was adored by both audiences and critics due to her impeccable portrayal of Hawking's former wife. Inferno is a Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent film. Jones received an award called the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, for her exceptional talents and contributions.
