Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, NC. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer for training the next generation biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) His wife Leslie has three children.
